What should I do if I need urgent dental care?

What should I bring to my first appointment and how do I prepare?

To ensure your first visit goes smoothly, please bring a valid photo ID, your current dental insurance card (if applicable), a list of any medications you’re currently taking, and your previous dental X-rays if available from another practice. We recommend arriving 15 minutes early to complete any necessary paperwork, though you can also fill out forms in advance through our patient portal. If you have dental anxiety, please let us know when scheduling so we can discuss sedation options to make your visit more comfortable.

What amenities do you provide to ensure a comfortable visit?

To make your visit as pleasant as possible, we offer a variety of amenities, including our Comfort Bar, where you can enjoy a beverage before your appointment, and personal touches like cozy blankets, headphones, and freshly baked cookies to help you relax.

Do you accept my dental insurance?

We are in-network with Delta Dental Premier. For all other insurance providers, we are considered out-of-network. However, we are happy to file claims on your behalf and assist with billing so you can use your benefits. Many patients with out-of-network benefits still choose to see us and receive partial reimbursement, depending on their plan.

Please note: We do not accept Medicaid. For Medicare, we can only work with plans that have an associated PPO option. Our insurance coordinators will verify your coverage in advance and provide an estimate of any out-of-pocket costs before your appointment.

What payment and financing options do you offer if I don’t have insurance?

We understand that not everyone has dental insurance, which is why we offer multiple affordable payment solutions to make quality dental care accessible. Our options include CareCredit with low monthly payments and interest-free options for qualifying patients, Cherry financing with 0% financing available for 24 months on approved credit, and our Dental Health Care Club membership for those without insurance. We also accept HSA and FSA accounts for eligible treatments. Our financial coordinators will work with you to find the best payment solution for your specific situation and help you get the care you need without financial stress.

Our Dental Health Care Club is designed specifically for patients without dental insurance or those looking for more predictable dental costs. Unlike traditional insurance, there are no deductibles, waiting periods, annual maximums, or confusing paperwork to navigate. The membership provides routine preventive care (checkups, cleanings, and X-rays) at a predictable low cost, plus exclusive discounts on restorative and cosmetic treatments.

You pay affordable monthly payments instead of dealing with insurance claim approvals and coverage limitations. This makes it easier to budget for your dental care and ensures you receive the treatment you need without insurance restrictions or delays.
