What are your payment policies?
At Advanced Smile Care, we strive to make payments as convenient as possible for our patients. Payment is typically due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. For your convenience, we accept a variety of payment methods, including major credit cards, debit cards, and financing options like CareCredit. If you have dental insurance, we will help you maximize your benefits, but any portion not covered by insurance will need to be paid at the time of your visit. We also offer flexible in-house payment plans for larger treatment plans, making it easier to fit dental care into your budget.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?
We understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice. This allows us to offer the time slot to another patient in need of care. To cancel or reschedule, simply call our office, and our team will be happy to assist you in finding a new appointment time that works for you. Please note that repeated cancellations or late notice may result in a fee.
How long will my appointment take?
Appointment times can vary depending on the type of treatment you're receiving. Routine cleanings typically take about 45 minutes to an hour, while more complex procedures, like dental implants or cosmetic treatments, may require longer. When you book, our team will give you an estimated duration based on your specific needs.
Can I choose my dentist for the appointment?
Yes, we do our best to accommodate your preferences. If you have a preferred dentist, please let us know when booking your appointment, and we ll do our best to schedule you with them. However, depending on availability, there may be instances where another highly qualified member of our team will provide your care.
What should I bring to my first appointment?
For your first visit, please bring your dental insurance card, a valid ID, and any recent dental records or X-rays if available. You'll also need to fill out a new patient form, which can be done online prior to your appointment or at the office.
Do you offer emergency appointments?
Yes, we offer emergency dental services and aim to accommodate urgent cases as quickly as possible. If you're experiencing severe pain, a broken tooth, or any other dental emergency, please contact us immediately, and we ll do our best to provide a same-day appointment.
Is there a consultation fee?
Consultation fees depend on the type of appointment. We do offer complimentary consultations for certain treatments, such as Invisalign or cosmetic services. For other procedures, our team will explain any associated costs during the booking process.
