Dr. Laura Benjamin grew up in South Florida and attended the University of Florida for her undergraduate and dental degrees, graduating from dental school in 2012. She was Vice President of her dental class and was chosen for the Omicron Kappa Upsilon dental honor society awarded to students in the top 10% of their class for leadership and clinical excellence.

Dr. Benjamin was selected for the South Texas Veterans Affairs Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency in San Antonio. There she acquired the knowledge and experience to include IV sedation, implant placement and restoration, implant supported dentures, advanced cosmetic dental procedures, gingival grafting, and Invisalign.
She understands many patients experience anxiety before their dental appointments. Her favorite aspect of dentistry is putting her patients at ease and keeping them comfortable during their procedure. She enjoys giving her time through dental mission trips abroad and volunteering around San Antonio.
